Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job broadcasting, headhunting, initial screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles.
Partner with senior leaders and principals to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.
Lead on proactive recruitment initiatives, such as university careers fairs and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSiE) guidelines and internal safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the education or public sector.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
