Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Boston and Surrounding Areas

Right Education is recruiting a committed and capable Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support within primary schools across Boston and the surrounding areas.
These roles are confirmed to begin after the Easter break, with schools holding interviews in advance to secure the right candidates early. If you want something lined up and ready to go, this is it.
Youandrsquo;ll be supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and feel secure in the classroom.

Your responsibilities
Providing consistent 1:1 support for pupils with SEN or additional needs
Helping pupils stay focused, regulated and engaged
Supporting social and emotional development
Working alongside the class teacher to adapt activities
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and inclusion
What weandrsquo;re looking for
Experience working with children in education, care or youth settings
Understanding of SEN needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH or similar
A calm, patient and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills
TA qualifications are welcomed but not essential
