GSL Education are seeking aandnbsp;SEN Teaching Assistantandnbsp;to join a supportive SEN school in Compton. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to students with sensory and speech difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and succeed in the classroom. They need a dedicated individual who can implement behaviour management strategies and positively influence studentsandrsquo; learning experiences.

Many students also have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, or medical conditions. The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on outdoor learning, life skills, the arts, and preparation for adulthood. There is a whole-school emphasis on communication, independence, and personal development, ensuring pupils are well-prepared for their next stage in life.
