We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our clientandrsquo;s maintenance site in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a calm, driven professional with a background in maintenance or manufacturing, who thrives in a engineering environment and is passionate about leading teams to deliver on cost efficiency, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities.- Lead and manage a team of Rail technicians to achieve project targets.
- Review and manage production schedules.
- Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Monitor and control costs, aiming to stay within or under KPIs.
- Oversee timely completion of Rail builds within set deadlines.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety measures.
- Ensure availability of correct tools and materials.
- Conduct daily team briefings and lead meetings to align tasks and priorities.
- A key Rail leadership role within a skilled and motivated team.

- Previous experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
