About the Role:

As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will deliver engaging and practical lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical understanding.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and prepare practical and theory-based lessons
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Maintain a safe workshop/classroom environment
• Support students in developing practical skills
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
• Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology
• Experience teaching in a school setting preferred
• Strong classroom and workshop management skills
• A creative and practical teaching approach
