Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver
Full-Time | Monday andndash; Friday | Temp-to-Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and growing operation. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training and the chance to develop a long-term career within a supportive working environment.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, motivated, and keen to build a career within a warehouse or production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

• Ensuring materials are received, stored, and moved correctly within the warehouse

• Supporting production operations by preparing and supplying materials when required

• Preparing loads for dispatch, including wrapping stillages and pallets

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is required

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
