We're working with a well-established manufacturing business operating in a fast-paced environment. They're now looking for a Training Coordinator to take ownership of all site training and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the operation.

The Role
Reporting into the Health andamp; Safety Manager, you'll coordinate and deliver training across all departments, ensuring everyone is trained to a consistent, compliant standard. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role where you'll have real visibility and impact across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging inductions for new starters

  • Coordinating refresher training and SOP updates

  • Maintaining accurate training matrices and audit-ready records

  • Working with department leads to identify skills gaps

  • Managing the site training calendar

  • Supporting audit preparation and reporting on training compliance

What They're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar training role within FMCG or manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of compliance and audit environments

  • Confident delivering training to teams across site

  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive

  • Comfortable working full-time onsite
