Are you a strategic and hands-on transport professional with a passion for operational excellence? andnbsp;Do you have CPC? andnbsp;My client is currently seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead their transport planning and logistics operations, ensuring high performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

In this pivotal role, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for managing vehicle routing, driver productivity, and transport efficiency, while also developing your team and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

The role:
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Manage vehicle routes, delivery times and transport costs
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Coordinate and control the order cycle, ensuring that orders are prioritised correctlyandnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; and processed on time
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;To ensure customer expectations and transport efficiency targets are met on regularandnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp;bases.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Safe management of drivers
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Optimise transport efficiencies.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;To extract and analyse daily/weekly performance reports, evaluating theandnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; performance and quality of both internal and third-party logistics suppliers
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Manage and improve office staff by creating KPIandrsquo;s and improvement plans ifandnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp;requiredandnbsp;
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Develop business by analysing logistical problems and producing solutions
