About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Turnaround Supportive Living Manager to lead a 7-bedded supported living service in Barnet. This service supports adults with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Physical Disabilities
- Mental Health Needs
- Acquired Brain Injuries
This is a hands-on turnaround role requiring a strong leader who can stabilise, restructure, and drive service improvements while embedding a positive, person-centred culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full operational turnaround of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and performance improvements
- Provide strong, visible leadership to the staff team, promoting accountability and high standards of care
- Ensure all support plans are person-centred, outcome-focused, and tailored to individual needs
- Drive compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Improve staff performance through supervision, mentoring, and development planning
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure sustainable service delivery
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, independence, and positive risk management
About You
- Has previous experience managing or turning around supported living or residential services
- Has strong knowledge of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, and ABI support
- Has a solid understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
- Holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health andamp; Social Care (or equivalent)
- Demonstrates strong leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care
