The Role

- Residential assets
- Development land
- Loan security valuations
- Pension fund valuations
- Private client instructions
- Statutory valuations
About You
You will be:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified
- A RICS Registered Valuer
- Bringing a minimum of 3 yearsandrsquo; post-qualification experience within commercial or general practice valuation
A full UK driving licence is essential. Flexible or part-time working may be considered for the right individual.
