Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse andamp; Logistics Administrator on behalf of one of our welland#8209;established manufacturing clients based in Halesworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse professional to join a busy and welland#8209;organised operation, supporting day-to-day logistics, shipping, and warehouse activities.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a supportive team environment, offering a mix of warehouse duties and shipping administration. The position is fulland#8209;time and permanent, providing stability and excellent working hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Booking shipments via carrier portals including FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS
- Providing shipment information for imports and exports to shipping agents
- Supporting the booking of inbound deliveries from global manufacturing sites
- Assisting with recording import and export shipments for compliance purposes (training provided)
- Supporting the preparation and shipping of customer orders
- Printing labels for production and preparing products for despatch
- General warehouse duties including goods in, picking, packing, and despatch
Qualifications andamp; Skills
- Previous experience within a warehouse or shipping/logistics environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
- Experience using an ERP system (beneficial but not essential)
- Valid Reach Truck and Order Picker licences (essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
- Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
