Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on quality control, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. The Packer will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods within the warehouse environment.

Shift work; 4 days-on 4 days off. Hours are 09:00 to 8pm. (Days will also include weekends)

Duties

• Efficiently pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.
• Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and shipments.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all packing materials are stocked and readily available.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing targets and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in picking and packing roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous for efficient inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for quality control processes.
