About the Warehouse Supervisor role:

Our Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Youandrsquo;ll take ownership of the general upkeep of the warehouse, making sure it stays organised, safe, and ready for the team to work efficiently. Day to day, youandrsquo;ll be supporting and supervising warehouse operatives, offering guidance, answering questions, and helping everyone stay on track.

Youandrsquo;ll also keep a close eye on picking and packing accuracy, investigating any errors and working with the team to prevent them in the future. A big part of the role is spotting opportunities for continuous improvement, whether thatandrsquo;s refining processes, streamlining workflows, or finding smarter ways to boost overall warehouse efficiency. Itandrsquo;s a hands-on position where your ideas and leadership genuinely make a difference.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week, 08:30 andndash; 17:30 with 1 hour lunch,

What weandrsquo;re looking for in our Warehouse Supervisor:

• Full UK driving licence (preferable)
• Previous experience with either a counterbalance/bendi forklift truck (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, supervising other colleagues
• Basic computer skills
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
