Warehouse Team Leader - Afternoon Shift
Location: Warwick
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00
Contract: Temp to perm, with a view to a permanent contract after 12 weeks

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client in Warwick.
This hands-on role involves overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, organising workloads and keeping goods in and wider warehouse activities running safely and efficiently.

The role

• Supervising warehouse operatives and allocating daily tasks.
• Overseeing goods in, checking deliveries and ensuring stock is booked in accurately.
• Coordinating put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Monitoring workloads and progress against daily priorities.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
• Operating forklift trucks and supporting warehouse duties.
• Ensuring safe working practices and a tidy, organised warehouse.
• Supporting team members and reporting operational issues to management.

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience.
• Experience in goods in and general warehouse operations.
• A valid counterbalance FLT licence and relevant operating experience are essential.
• Bendi or Aisle Master forklift operating experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A reliable, practical approach and the confidence to lead by example.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00.

What's on offer

• £14.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Regular Monday-to-Friday afternoon hours.
• An initial 12-week temporary assignment, with the intention of transferring to a permanent contract following successful completion.
