Tradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming primary schools in Warrington who will be seeking KS1 Teachers come September.

This Year 1 Teacher role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and independent learning during this important stage of primary education.

As a Year 1 Teacher in Warrington, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the Year 1 curriculum via long-term placements
• Delivering pre-planned content via short-term placements
• Support pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Assess progress and provide effective feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil development

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A passion for inspiring young learners
